Saturday Rental 
8:00 am to 11:00 pm

  • Ceremony site within house or on outdoor back patio - start 3:00 pm or after 

  • Interior Tables and chairs provided 

  • Décor inventory and parking available 

  • Last call and bar closing at 10:00 pm 

  • Music ends @ 10:30 pm 

  • Set up - Clean up assistance included  

The Brougham

Friday Rental 
8:00am to 11:00pm

  • $3,500 

  • $1,000 security deposit 

  • Ceremony site within house or on outdoor back patio – start 3:00pm or after 

  • Interior Tables and chairs provided 

  • Décor inventory and parking available 

  • Last call and bar closing at 10:00 pm

  • Music ends @ 10:30 pm

The Barouche

Our __ sq foot barn is a blank slate for any larger and relaxed occasion. She may have been renovated but her natural charm remains.
