Our Story
Cavallo Fields, “Horse Fields”, is paying homage to Italian heritage, our fathers childhood on a farm, his years in Lexington, KY. around equestrian estates, our love for spending time in these very fields. We’re continuing family legacy by creating a beautiful space where all can authentically celebrate.
Our Location
We are a private family estate in Westmoreland County, beautifully nestled in Latrobe, PA. Our event venue is situated on 10 acres surrounded by an additional 80 acres of farmland, all within easy access to Latrobe Airport and Route 30.
Our Spaces….
The Barn
An authentic, fully renovated barn, with a red oak floor that was milled from our parents first property as a married couple. All of the new walls were built around the original beams and old barn wood from our storage was repurposed to cover all. Equipped with a small bar for beverages, insulated w/ heaters in the prep kitchen & gorgeous restrooms. The bridal suite is located upstairs in the barn’s loft. Handicap accessible.

The Farmhouse & Property Grounds
She isn’t your ordinary farmhouse! We believe she is one of the most unique spaces in Latrobe, PA. Originally built in the 1860’s, in this latest renovation she has acquired large beams from our parents first property, as well as, barnwood ceilings, exposed brick, a large backyard patio with boulder wall, and even a 2 story powder room. She is an amazing aesthetic for any event you have always dreamt of and is handicap accessible.
January through December
When the house is complete, she will hold 5 full bedrooms w/ new restrooms (2 master suites – 1 bridal suite), a large dining room with heated cement floor, a library, sitting room and a cute little she-shed near-by! Rooms will be able to be rented for bride and groom suite use or overnight stays. The house will be able to eventually be fully rented along with the barn and the entire property Friday through Sunday. Stay tuned with updates on our progress!
